It was a another busy Saturday receiving phone calls on the vacant rental units that I currently have received from other real estate investors. The home owners are counting on me to find them a tenant for their home. It is pretty basic to me. I am able to find tenants pretty quickly the great marketing in place to get the phones ringing. My philosophy is to ensure each home is properly clean and move in ready in case a potential client needs to move in quickly. All my rentals show nice.
I have learned to post all rental units for rent early in the morning on the Internet. I completed this task at 6:28AM. I received my first call at 7:02AM. I knew it was going to be a busy day. I had a total of 18 calls on my rental units. Now, I have 18 prospects looking for a rental. What do I do with this information?
- Enter full contact information including name, number and Email address into my database
- Qualify the applicant
- Set up showings to qualified applicants only
- Market database on future rentals throughout the year
- Market database future home buyers
Information is power. I have a farmer mind set. Plant the see and in time we will harvest the crop. Meanwhile, I will continue to market and receive phone calls. Keep the calls coming
