IT ALL CAME A TUMBLING DOWN BRICK BY BRICK

PHOENIX REAL ESTATE

It is always a pleasure having my son in the car with me while I am practicing Phoenix real estate. I was visting a fourplex that I just got under contract to do Arizona Property Management. A hospital is located directly across the street. This is ideal when renting out units. There is plenty of traffic on a daily basis.

So, my son notices that they are taking down some multiunits across the street. Yes, we pulled the car near the fence since the sign did say no trespassing. However, this was a real life machine taking down the structure. It was pretty interesting to see live. My son loved to watch it.

Real estate is always happening in your local market.

both my kids-- boy and girl -- loved watching construction equipment. Evena skidster is fun to watch when you're a little kid.

It is fun to watch buildings come tumbling down.  Especially high rises when they blow them up. Glad your son got to see this amazing event.
