TIME TO GET HEALTHY TOP 10 WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT DURING THE SUMMER HEAT
It is that time of year to have fun in the sun. I am sure we have all been invited to someones graduation party this time of year. Plus, we still have July 4th and Labor Day celebrations coming up which means more food. We all like to eat food. We all have our favorite foods. However, me must have self-control or we will become out of control.
Here are my Top 10 Ways to Lose Weight:
- Start eating more fruits and vegetables
- Stop eating out at fast food restaurants such as McDonald's Super Size the meal or you?
- Exercise more
- Obtain an accountability partner while losing weight
- Hire a dietitian
- Doctor check ups routinely while on the diet
- Cut out drinking soda such as Coke or Pepsi
- Keep busy to avoid down time
- Cut back on watching television
- Cut back on alcohol drinks
I hope these tips help everyone get in better shape. My family has starting eating more fruits and vegetables and riding bikes twice per week. We need to stay healthy in the game of real because we cannot afford to be sick. BE HEALTHY!

Great post....health tips are always nice to read! I definitely need to exercise more...I only golf....yes, that is exercise...but I also need to get back to walking and riding my bike. Sometimes there isn't enough time in a day to do everything.

Good post to remind us of healthy living. By the way I thing McDonalds no longer does a Super Size. You can choose between small, medium and large. :) I do need to exercise more. I cut cable a couple of years ago. Once or twice per month, I look at a couple of TV programs on hulu.
I'm making August a sugar free month. Let's see how is goes.
