PHOENIX FIX AND FLIP PURCHASING A HOME AT ARIZONA TRUSTEE SALES WITH OWNER STILLL IN THE HOME WHAT DO YOU DO

Hi Folks! I wanted to write about a current scenario that happens quite frequently in my world. I truly believe the best Phoenix Fix and Flip deals are purchased at the Arizona Trustee sales. However, many real estate investors avoid this source for homes because they believe it is too complicated and they have not found anyone that they can trust. Voila! I would like to interview for that position. Real estate is a team sport. I have developed a Phoenix Fix and Flip team that works very hard to real estate investors who wish to flip homes to generate CASH.

PHOENIX FIX AND FLIP

Here is a picture of a home that we purchased at the Arizona Trustee Sale with the current home owner still inside the home. I knocked on the door thirty minutes after we officially owned the home. This is not always the fun part of this job. However, it is part of the job.

I was greeted by the woman of the home. I introduced myself as a Realtor who represent the new owner. I informed her that she will need a vacate the property because they are currently trespassing the current time. She did not believe me because several people came before me teller her lies in order to get money from the them. I call this the vulture mentality. They were in a down position. I was there to assist them to make the next transition a happy time. I sent them a follow up letter with my company letterhead that I was serious.

Overall, it took about ten days for the previous owners to come up with enough money to move out of the home into a new rental. There were many memories in this home after being there for 10 years. However, I believe in treating people like people. What if I was in that position? How would I wanted to be treated?

Working with a real estate professional like myself who knows the Arizona eviction rules will only find better deals to Phoenix Fix and Flip. The home in this picture will be ready next week to list. Real estate is a team sport.

Why don't you do the opposite of those vultures that preceeded you and offer some cash for keys to help with the relocation?

It's probably less than eviction expenses.
