PURCHASE HOME AT ARIZONA TRUSTEE SALE WITH A PERSON STILL LIVING IN PROPERTY WHAT DO YOU DO?
It has been another busy week at the Arizona Trustee Sales with real estate investors purchasing homes with great margins. So, there are times when people are still inside the house when real estate investor purchases the home from the Arizona Trustee Sale. What do I do? That is a great question. Luckily, I work for a real estate brokerage that specializes in both real estate sales and property management. This allows me to have an upper advantage over other agents who would not know what to do in this particular scenario. Yes, we can evict the person in due time.
Many times we can remove the person from the house by just talking to the occupant. First, we see what their needs are to move out. There are times when we have to assist the person in moving out by giving them $1,000 to move out. Our property management department assists the occupant to find another place to rent within their budget. It has worked really well with our investors to provide this service.
