Discounted Construction Lots? Habitat for Humanity Outlet Store? Search your local area to obtain wholesale prices on items. Finally, your General Contractor will have set up discounts with his/her suppliers that will be passed down to you. Every dollar one spends meas less profit at the sale of the home.
