DOES YOUR REALTOR WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT? PHOENIX, ARIZONA FIX AND FLIP REAL ESTATE
Does your real estate agent work the night shift? Yes, that is me with my headlight on ready to walk an Arizona Trustee Sale at 10:30PM at night while everyone else is in bed. Hey! We all have to go beyond in order to get the best deal for our investor clients.
I have always believed in hard work. My grandfather instilled that in me at a young age while growing up in Buffalo, New York. I take the same attitude into my real estate business. Clients enjoy working with me because of my skill level, ability to find great deals and at the same time being a real person they can trust in real estate. I want to be your real estate mentor today.
So, we had a blast walking the home with our flashlights on. I was waiting for one of the neighbors to call the police on us. That would of been a great blog. However, we were fine. We were at the house for about an hour looking at each room and creating a game plan to restore the house to market value. It is amazing what you see at night.
Is that a ghost? No, this is my client who met me at the house. She is senior citizen who is fixing and flipping homes with my assistance. If she can do it, then you can do it. She is a blast who possesses a positive attitude about life. She had her flashlight ready to go. I have viewed several houses in the night to obtain a leg up from my competition. I just wanted to share this photo with everyone to show you that she is a real client. There is not make believe on the Real Estate and Beyond Team.
