TOP 10 2009 ACTIVERAIN SUCCESS STORIES

ACTIVERAINI am here to write my first blog for 2010. I was reflecting on 2009. It was quite the roller coaster in real estate around America. We have witnessed many shifts in the real estate market. It seems short sales and bank foreclosures dominated every local market. So, we all had to learn short sales and bank foreclosures. The same will be true for 2010. Be ready to thrive in 2010.

BloggingI started to really start blogging in April of 2009. I was one of those real estate agents that did not really understand the importance of blogging. I thought of every excuse not to blog such as

  1. I do not have the time
  2. Nobody will read my blogs
  3. I have nothing to say
  4. That will not help me obtain clients
  5. Blogging is for losers

I am sure I can continue with the list above of all the reasons not to blog. However, I decided to give it a shot for six months. I have devotedly have spent 90 minutes per day on my social media plan. Yes, I develop 100% of my own material. I have to admit that I have become addicted to it. I was sold on blogging in the first two weeks. Then, I started to get the phone calls from my posts. Then, those clients turned into deals. One day I received a call from this guy named Bob from ActiveRain. He called me personally to tell me I write quality content and to keep up the great job. Well, I found out that Bob was one of the original members who started ActiveRain.

OK-I am in it to WIN IT. SOLD ON ACTIVERAIN BLOGGING.
