I have done the research in my local area to see that these are the hottest areas in my local market. I just wanted to share my personal real estate plan for 2010. Also, I will be offering real estate training services for people who wish to learn how to fix and flip in this market to make money.

I would say now is a perfect time to focus on which niches you would like to do in real estate. Put the pen to paper to create a rock solid game plan. Then, create the team to make it happen.
