I love the concept and you are so right about many people needing another chance. Some have made bad decisions, and others have just been caught in situations that they could not control.
I've heard many agents speak negatively about the rent to own concept due to the many problems that can arise such as: the owner pockets the money-and fails to pay the mortgage, or the owner pledges the property for some other project, thus clouding the title, etc.
If you've been doing this for awhile, I guess you've broken the code.
Wayne-never follow the crowd. People need our help as agents. So, I am filling a void in the market. Yes, I have a great rent to own program with checks and balances for both sides.
