The Realtormust put the brand on every piece of marketing material so that everyone can relate the brand back to you. That means you have to create one image and one message and keep it consistent so it builds momentum. Marketing materials include letterhead, Email signatures, postcards, newsprint ads, radio commercials and so on. Be consistent and communicate to the world about your brand. If you build it, then they will come.

Consistency is a big part of branding yourself. If you change from this niche to that niche on a whim you will confuse your potential clients and lose the business that you would possibly gain.
