I'LL BE BACK! FAMOUS LAST WORDS.
GET OUT!
It was announced on Friday that Sarah Palin will be resigning from being Governor for the state of Alaska. Wow, that was shocking news to hear right before July 4th celebrations. She will officially step down on July 26th based upon the report. What are here political aspirations.
ALL EYES ON WASHINGTON FOR 2012.
Do you think she is going to run for President in 2012? If she did, would you vote for her? Does she have a chance to win?

Romney all the way 2012
Romney and Palin in 2012. Great ticket. See what happens. Happy July 4th
Thanks for the interest in politics. It is always interesting. People become passionate in their party lines.
I will definitely vote for Romney and Palin. Happy July 4th to you all
Great input Suma. Have a great day
Is she Gearing Up or Getting out???
I hope she is gearing up!!! I support her all the way...
She is getting in position for 2012
You know, I would not be a bit surprised to see Romney and Palin on a ticket together running on 2012. I was taken aback to hear that she was stepping down, but all the attention she received from this last election would make me want to take a break from the spotlight for a little while. Hopefully we will see her again in a few years.
Hi Harry, I liked Romney for his strong business background. Palin makes a ticket pretty much unelectable !
I think she is stepping down to get out of the limelight and away from scrutiny to make a run in 2012. I am a libertarian and don't exactly care for her because I don't think she is the best for the job.
Republicans love her, however!
I wish they would take a harder look at Ron Paul and nominate him so maybe I won't have to vote third party anymore. He isn't as pretty as Sarah or talks a good talk but he is spunky.
I do not think she will run, but will not say so at this time. She can have a lot of influence on the election and a more conservative agenda. Besides she can make millions this way and have a lot of fun. Anyone would be a welcome change. Making good speeches does not make you a good leader or thinker.
When we heard this yesterday, our first thoughts were that she was probably going to gear up for 2012. Only time will tell.
Paul/Palin would be a VERY intriguing ticket.
All great comments on this topic of election. All great points of view.
I'm not sure she has what it takes to win, but I would like to see her get her feet wet as vice president and prove herself to the world, then maybe run in 2020.

Thanks Todd for the input on this one
