Do you know your BBM this morning? I have written several posts about how important it is to have a business plan. Well, I emphasize that having a budget is very important to running a successful business. One must know where they stand each month in order to achieve the numbers needed to ensure if the plan is successful or not. I worked in Corporate America for fourteen years of my life. I had another name for it so please see below:

Every business owener needs to know their BBM each month. I make it to be a game. I attempt to make my BBM as quickly as possible each month. Then, I know everything after the BBM is profit. We must conisstently swing at the plate on a daily basis in order to be a well oiled machine.
We need to make sure we are hitting the goals that we have set for ourselves. I have mentor in my life to assist me in accountability. I just wanted to share with you what I do on a monthly basis in order to achieve success. Is every month successful? I do everything in my strength to make it happen every month.

Thanks for the great feedback this morning. It seems that we all agree that we must keep and maintain a budget to keep the business running full steam ahead
This is not my strength, and I know that it needs to be # 1 on the "to do" list. Thanks for the pep talk/timely reminder.
