We all know another flood of bank owned homes will be hitting the market with the amount of homes that have been taken back by the bank. It seems that the inventory of homes is starting to shrink across the board. It is my belief that the Federal Government has been working hard on building a false sense of consumer confidence. Howver, unemployment and inflation continue to rise. We will see what happens in the coming months.

I agree with your post for the most part. But the designation part, education yes but no one knows what they mean and don't care. It goes back to, you don't see a Doctor or Lawyer with 400 initials and we don't need them either.
We need the education just like Lawyers and Doctors, no one can be a true expert or professional after a couple of eight hour courses. If the public really knew that is all it took they would laugh, but thank goodness they don't.
