HAPPY PRESIDENTS DAY 2012. It is just another word day for many of us. The kids are out of school. Plus, all government and banks are closed today. This is a great time to schedule viewings for properties with clients. So, I was able to book three showings in the same area today. However, I have two hours between each viewing. What does Harry do in his free time?
There are too many Realtors spending too much time in the office. Real estate is a contact sport. That means we have to be out in public to contact clients and make new relationships. However, most Realtors want to take up space and drinking the free coffee. This is why their business is low and looking for a part time job to supplement their income. We live in a country where we can make it happen with a network in place. I am very blessed to be living in the United States of America-Land of the free and much opportunity.
