ARIZONA SHORT CLOSES ON THE LAST DAY SELLERS MOVE IN 24 HOURS OR NO SALE

Here is a picture of a closet full of shoes that were left behind from a family that needed to move in 24 hours or my buyer was not going to purchase the home. The seller had plenty of warning to move from this house. Yes, it was a divorce situation. The Ex-wife was getting back at her husband by refusing to move. I informed the selling agent that we need to ensure the house is empty before 5 PM.

Well, there were three moving trucks and nine people moving items from this home. There were things everywhere both in the front and back yard. Some of the neighbors were willing to buy items from the lady to relieve the load.

I was able to conduct the final walk through with items still left in the home. However, the ex-wife said she had enough and left the remaining items in the home. Yes, it was mainly junk. So, we secured the home by installing new locks. My crew started the next day to trash this home out.

ANYBODY FOR A GAME OF POOL?

It was a normal day in Arizona Property Management. We had a tenant that stopped paying rent. So, we obtained a judgment against her for failure to pay rent, late fees and damages. It is that time of year to have fun in the sun. I am sure we have all been invited to someones graduation party this time of year. Plus, we still have July 4th and Labor Day celebrations coming up which means more food. We all like to eat food. We all have our favorite foods. I hope these tips help everyone get in better shape. My family has starting eating more fruits and vegetables and riding bikes twice per week. We need to stay healthy in the game of real because we cannot afford to be sick. BE HEALTHY!

ARIZONA SPRING CACTUS LEAUGUE BASEBALL 2011 PLAY BALL

I grew up playing America's favorite sport called baseball. There is nothing like a big hot dog and coke while watching the baseball game. We cannot forget the 7th inning stretch "Take Me Out To The Ball Park." It is a great family tradition to pass down to each generation. I am passing the torch to my nine year old son natural left swing and throws with this right hand. He is a going to be a baseball slugger as he continues to develop. So, we have another Cactus Baseball ahead of us in 2011.

Thousands of people flock to Arizona and Florida to watch their favorite teams work out before the official baseball season starts in April. Who does not want to get away from the cold weather in the North to come watch baseball in the nice warm weather.

I was reading this interesting article on college graduates moving to the cities listed above where there are plenty of jobs that require one year or less of experience. Obviously, we are talking about adults between the ages of 20-25 years old. It brought me back to the time when I graduate from college. I decided to spend an extra semester to study in Paris, France. My one professor said no to it because I would be competing against the next years graduates. Well, I did not take his advice and I studied in Paris, France. I had an excellent time. Furthermore, my wife and I got married in the Heidelberg Castle located in Germany. We traveled Europe for two months and still have the memories with us after nineteen years and two kids later.

I had studied the French language and culture since I was in eighth grade. I made a promise to myself that I will visit the Eiffel Tower one day. Well, I wanted to make the wish come true. I had so many people say that you cannot do it. That is foolish dream. Where are you going to get the money for that trip? I experienced all the negative people. However, I was determined to obtain my dream. Voila, I was on a plance from New York City to Paris, France. My dream was starting to become reality. I arrived in Paris, France very much excited. I did not go to sleep that night. It was by chance that I arrived in front of the Eiffel Tower that same day. I decided to make the dream into reality. I was standing above the world as I reached the top of the Eiffel Tower and my life long dream. I did it. Now, I can conquer anything.

So, I returned to the States to start my corporate career. Many people that know me say that I am a go getter. Well, I obtained an excellent first time corporate position in less than 90 days after coming back home to America.

CONCLUSION: There will be many people in your life that will tell you that you cannot do it. Do not listen to them and move on.
