Everybody in Arizona wish they would announce the official bottom of the market so we can get on with your lives. I host a weekly radio show called "Real Estate and Beyond." I have predicted the bottom of the real estate market will hit us on August 24, 2009. It is a great guess. However, it seems we are getting close to the date. Will it come true?
The Sunday paper had an article about the Arizona economy. They are indicating that it will get worse before it gets better. We have a Republican Governor who wants to raise taxes to satisfy the state budget. We have a budget short fall. This has hit national press. We have record level job losses and investors conitnue to purchase bank owned properties. Primary home buyers are being priced out of the market or the buyer is unable to qualify for the loan.
When do you predict we will hit the bottom of the real estate market? Mine is August 24, 2009.
