ASSETS PAY FOR YOUR LIABILITIES THROUGH REAL ESTATE
I am sure many of us have heard the saying "Assets pay for your liabilities through real estate." Recently, I held a workshop with about 23 people that attended. I was discussing how real estate is a slow process when it comes to obtaining wealth. I do not approve of quick rich schemes. Grandma told me, "If it is too good to be true, then it is." I have used this saying all of my life. She was a wise woman. I asked how many people in the audience have their assets pay for their liabilities. Only one person raised their hand. The other 22 people want the same thing. What was the difference? The woman that raised her hand had wise counselors in her life. She wanted to obtain a goal and got people involved in her dream.

Wall Street continues to scare many people. Many people have lost 20% or more of their total savings over the last two years with the current real estate bubble that busted. Banks continue to shut down on a monthly basis and unemployment stays at 10%. The American people are scared. They do not know who to trust at this time. The Rules of Engagement have changed for Wall Street. It will take a long time before people start trusting Wall Street with their money. Investors are looking for other alternative investments. REAL ESTATE IS THE ANSWER. I believe that people need a part of their portfolio in real estate.
