HAVE REAL ESTATE PAY FOR RETIREMENT
How many people think about using real estate to pay for their retirement? Many people have lost between 20-50% of their entire nest egg during this economic crisis. Can you imagine losing your entire portfolio at age 67 and forced to go back to work? Well, some unfortunately people had to make that decision over the last eighteen months because all of their money was tied up into Wall Street invested in stocks, bonds, money market, and CDs. Real estate is an asset that will never go to zero dollars like stocks. How many companies come in and out of the S&P 500 for the last forty years? People lose millions of dollars when companies shut down like Enron. People were devastated by losing all of their retirement savings when Enron shut down.
