DARKNESS WILL ALWAYS BE ATTRACTED TO THE LIGHT
We are about to end 2009. The Holiday Season is upon us with Thanksgiving this month and the Christmas next month. However, America is still in turmoil with banks foreclosing on homes, people are still losing jobs and we have people thinking about how they will provide for their family. People continue to keep their eyes glued to the television hearing the negative news on a daily basis. Well, it must be true because it was report on national television. People are walking away from their homes. People are stripping vacant homes and reselling the items on the open market. What do we do as Realtors?

I have been doing my live radio show for the past three years and I have obtained quite the following. I know there are other real estate radio shows that copy my lead. I cannot stop them since we live in America. I always believe competition is good for the soul. However, they cannot copy my deep passion and sincerity to help people in real estate.

I am very humble person when I am in the public. Radio is my fun day. It allows me to talk about real estate topics that are on people's mind. Recently, I teamed up with another Realtor professional to offer real estate training services to the public. We will teach them to purchase non-MLS deals through various local sources. We feel people will be trained from A to Z when investing in real estate. Yes, we assist in full service real estate after the training.
We assist people in short sales, real estate buy and hold, real estate fix and flip, listing their house for resale, private money and the entire network of professionals including CPA, CFP, GC, home inspector, property management, mortgage, insurance broker, 401k specialist, training services, and mentoring for real estate agents.
