WHAT IS YOUR 30 SECOND COMMERCIAL?

How many of you have your 30 second commercial down cold? Personally, I am always meeting people on a daily basis. I tell everyone what I do and how I do it. Yes, they get two business cards of mine. Then, I ask them for their business card so that we continue to network with each other. Again, we all have networks. Why not join networks to create one Network? It is time that we become part of something bigger than oneself. Are we all in agreement?

Maybe you do not have a 30 second commercial. Well, jot down 3-5 reasons why people should do business with you right now? Also, please explain the benefits with working with you. The delivery of your 30 second commercial must come across strong, exciting, and clearly they want to contact you today. Remember, I would advise to be yourself and keep it simple. Your main goal is to start a conversation to see if there is any synergy. It is truly a numbers game.

HOLLYWOOD MAKING A MOVIE NAMED "ACTIVERAIN"

Hollywood   ACTIVERAIN GOES HOLLYWOOD

It was announced today that they will be making a film about the founder of Facebook. The founder of the ever so popular site was Mark Zuckerberg. The movie will be called "The Social Network." That was an original name for this movie. Thay is why they get paid millions of dollars. Jesse Eisenberg will play Mark Zuckerberg. Justin Timberlake will play Napster co-founder Sean Parker, who became Facebook's founding president.

Hollywood is catching on to the Social Media Revolution. Facebook has over 300 million users at this point in time. They are gaining 600,000 users per day.

The National Enquirer leaked information this week that Hollywood are in talks right now to make a movie about the ActiveRain success story. Currently, there are well over 159,858 members as of 5:22PM Phoenix Mountain Time. People have been amazed at the number of daily posts filled with great content and pictures related to the real industry by its loyal members.

Hollywood is putting on a contest within the ActiveRain community. They would like the ActiveRain Community to PICK which Actor/Actress to play the founding members of ActiveRain:

GARAGE SALE CREATES A LEAD

 

It is that time of year again. I am starting to see garage sale signs all over the Phoenix area. How many people love garage sales? Personally, my wife and I have a garage sale one time per year in order to remove junk from our house. Plus, it shows our kids not to be pack rats. Furthermore, it is a great way to make a few hundred bucks in a few hours depending on what one has for sale.

Our family has a garage once per year. It is amazing that you see the same people year after year. It is a great way to meet people in the community. I pass out my business cards. My next store neighbor is an expert at garage sales. He collects anitques so it is more of a hunt for him.

I just wanted to share my success story from last weekend. My family went for a hike. We made a stop at a garage sale near our house. We purchased a couple items. Then, I started talking with the owners. Yes, I got myself a buyer. They were having a garage sale to rent out the house. They are looking for another primary house. I gave her my card and asked her to listen to my weekly radio show. She was hooked. I love Garage Sales.
