SUCCESSFUL CREDIT CONSULTING, CREDIT RESTORATION FOR ANOTHER HOME BUYER
We are in a buyer's market when it comes to real estate. The mortgages are low, home buyer tax credit has been extended until 4/30/2010, and it is a great time to purchase a home. However, there are some buyers that need assistance when it comes to their credit. They are excited about purchase a home. They have a loan officer pull their credit to be informed that they have some old issues that they must clean up before they purchase a home. They never guide these people to a credit consultant. Why? They do not know any better.

I have a great success story to share with you all today. I host a popular radio show here in Phoenix, Arizona where I assist people in real estate. I had a middle aged lady make an appointment with me. She informed me that she has never owned a home and wants to purchase a home. However, she had some credit challenges.
Let's call her Patti. Patti enrolled with Praxis Credit Consulting to restore her credit. She was in the program for six months. Well, we pulled her credit score this Thursday and she was preappoved for a $200K loan. The client was happy. We will be shopping for a home this week.
