I have an out of state buyer from Washington state that came to Arizona about a month ago. They called me up two weeks ago to put an offer on a house. They won the bid. However, they are unable to come down. So, I offered to video the home inside and outside so they can obtain a better view inside the house. I sent them the video yesterday morning. Here the top five reasons that I thought were important. I am about to develop a series of videos on why people need to invest in real estate as part of their long term retirement plan. Also, I want to develop a video on my network partners.
