I have listed the top 10 reasons for hiring a professional real estate agent.
- PROFESSIONAL AND LICENSED-I come across people who want to buy and sell real estate on their own. However, the majority of people want someone who is an expert and knows what to do in a real estat tranascation who is educated and experienced in this field so there are no problems down the road. Always hire an expert when conducting a business. "You will get what you paid for."
- NETWORKING-People under estimate the power of a realtor's network. Realtors work with other professional service providers who have a great reputation.
- LOCAL KNOWLEDGE-Real estate is local. Realtors obtain expert local knowledge. This can be to one's advantage when purchasing real estate as an investment.
- NEGOTIATE-Personally, I have become an expert negotiator over time. This is part of my job when working on behalf of the buyer or seller
- GREAT BUFFERS-Let the agent be the buffer between the seller and buyer. The two never have to meet in a transaction.
- OFFERS-Professional Realtor will determine the offer based upon local market conditions and the price to fix up the house.
- PAPERWORK-There is a lot of paperwork involved in a real estate transaction. The normal person would not understand it all. Let the professional process it for you.
- DEALS-Realtors know where the deals are in their local area. I know every wholesale company here in Phoenix. I get deals before anyone most of the time because I have gained a reputation on closing the deals.
- AFTER THE CLOSE-The Realtor will still be there to answer questions after closing.
- FUTURE BUSINESS-The best thing to receive as a realtor is a referral. A long lasting relationship will develop over time as one continues to sell and purchase real estate.
