Many Americans are down in the dumps due to job loss, equity loss, credit card dedt and the list goes on. The American media continues to blast negative news on a daily basis. People start to believe what they hear because they are too lazy and tired to do their own research. Personally,
I refuse to participate in this recession.
We need to be the ray of hope for people out in our communities. We need to educate them that now is the time to purchase real estate. I host a weekly radio show here in Phoenix. Several people have complemented me on how I give spread consistent news and upbeat enthusiasm during times like these. People do not know what they are missing out on because they do not know who to call. Give them a reason to call you. I pick up five new clients per week from my radio show. It is a lot of hard work. However, I enjoy every minute of it. I am participating in this recession-I am selling homes to decrease the inventory of homes to we get back to a stable market.
