An insurance company from the United Kingdom created a report showing more people are robbed when using Facebook and/or Twitter. Expert burglars are tracking people on Twitter and Facebook to rob them. Thousands of people tell other people on these social media networks their most inner secrets such as when they will be away on vacation and their exact whereabouts. This gives enough information to burglars to rob their house when they are not home. The article stated that over 60% of people 16-24 years old share their holiday plans using social media. That is a scary number to me. Their are times when people give out their exact address on their personl page. We are making it more easier for criminals to do their job.
