I have done the research in my local area to see that these are the hottest areas in my local market. I just wanted to share my personal real estate plan for 2010. Also, I will be offering real estate training services for people who wish to learn how to fix and flip in this market to make money.
What is your game plan for 2010? Have you recognized the shift in your local market? Were you caught blind sided? I would say now is a perfect time to focus on which niches you would like to do in real estate. Put the pen to paper to create a rock solid game plan. Then, create the team to make it happen. The Federal Government passed the No Child Left Behind Act in 2001. The bill is based on the belief that by setting high standards and establishing measurable goals we can improve individual outcomes in education. Schools were forced to test students to ensure they are meeting the standards. Schools were enforced to make this happen or they will not receive Government funds. The bill was passed to increase accountability, improve education, and all children receive great education to be better and productive citizens.
We all know people that argue even when they know they are wrong just to argue. I call these people ignorant because they refuse to move forward. They like to stay in the past. Why? They do not wish to put the time and money to learn new things. The world does not work like this anymore. We must see six months to a year ahead to shift in that direction.
