CREATING SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES FOR REAL ESTATE TEAMS

REAL ESTATE AND BEYOND TEAMI am a firm believer that real estate is a team sport. The real estate industry along with clients continue to expert more and more out of real estate agents. Furthermore, real estate is a contact sport. This means one must talk in order to obtain and close business. The real estate team speaks one message with many more people spreading the word. Being a one man show is not worth it at this time. When are you ever allowed to take time off or have a nice vacation? Have you thought about leveraging other people's time and talent for the benefit of the entire team. The Real Estate and Beyond Team is here to serve the great Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Currently, I have three partners on my team. We cover a lot of ground compared to single agents. We cover for each other when one is out of town. We believe in being loyal to one another. We are not out to steal each other's leads. We share the leads so everyone can make money. It always comes back to you. Recently, I added a new partner to the team. This person has a natural gift for marketing. She really enjoys creating videos for blogging and other marketing purposes. So, I proposed that I would continue blogging by creating original content and that she creates videos. This way we are avoiding double work to leverage our natural talents in order to attract new clients. We got our first client within one week of working with each other. I take great pride in my team. I always make myself available to them.

REAL ESTATE AND BEYOND TEAMI am the proud Team Leader of the Real Estate and Beyond Team located in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been in the real estate profession for the last eight years. I was mentored for two years before I left the nest. I knew I needed a mentor who would train me in the real estate world. Also, I was trained specifically to work with real estate investors. I had my first investor within ninety days of having my real estate license. My mentor assisted me in the transaction. So, I am now mentoring other real estate agents to achieve the same level of success as me. I believe many real estate agents are tired of working alone and want to work on a producing team. There is comfort, pride and comfort of a team.

It is all about service in real estate. Personally, I specialize in Arizona Trustee Sales by working with investors to fix and flip homes. I have others on the team who work in other areas. A great example is that I am a blogging junkie. Well, I have another person on my team that loves to create videos. So, we have decided that I create the content and she will create videos to post on the Internet. This way we cover more ground as a team. This makes perfect sense to me because I do not like to recreate the wheel.
