Which direction are you steering your ship in this year? Personally, I have focused in on Investors to fix and flip, Rent To Own, and Primary Home Buyers for my business model. It is working at this point. Furthermore, I am looking to add more real estate agents to the Real Estate and Beyond Team to be able to service the many clients that come to me. No man is an island.
