Real estate education companies are starting to sell to the masses. I just got a phone call from a senior lady that dumped $9700 from a real estate education infomercial. She wants to learn how to fix and flip homes. Well, I spent five minutes on the web checking the author of the infomercial. All the comments said it was a scam. We have to be the source for real estate investing. They need to work with a professional Realtor who knows real estate investing.
