DOCUSIGN A MUST FOR EVERAL REALTOR
I just wanted to share my excellent experience with DocUSign. Yes, I finally I signed up for this excellent service. Again, Realtors are bombarded with so many companies wanted to use their services. We all have to watch our budgets during rough times. However, I have recently developed a relationship with Canadian real estate buyers. It did not make sense to me to write up an off and fax over to client. Then, the client would be expected to print out the entire contract and addendum to sign. Then, they would fax back the entire package back to me. Yes, some of the buyers were complaining. So, I made the decision to sign up for DocUSign out of necessity and convenience. Do I regret my decision?
Wow, it has been the best decision I have made in 2010. I am using this piece of technology for every offer for the past week. It is so easy for the client to read, click and send it off. Then, I obtain all the proper initials and signatures to make it legal. It has a huge announcement that FHA will finally accept electronic signatures. Is it time for you to get into the real world? I know each one of us will make the right decision in due time.
