Am I the only Realtor with offices around the world? Where do you take customers when meeting them for the first time or writing an offer on a property? Personally, I always take my customers to Starbucks because it has a better atmosphere and it is not as crowded depnding on which one you pick during the day. Furthermore, more of my customers prefer Starbuck beverages. I know McDonalds is competing with Starbucks when it comes to coffee. We have a coffee war going on in America.
