I have many agents ask me here in the Phoenix market on why I am successful. I am flattered by the question. I just do what I do on a daily basis to make things happen. My grandfather told me, "Son, never refuse work today because it may not be there tomorrow." I live by that motto. I do everything in my power to complete daily tasks that are assigned to me. I am a rainmaker. So, I have developed my own real estate company in the Phoenix metropolitan areas.

Real estate is a contact sport. People are not going to come to you. So, you must go to them. I have developed my own ABC's of real estate to keep it simple and straight(KISS). Currently, I am in the process of training three new agents to become top producers in the Phoenix market with these simple philosophies mentioned above. Real estate is a lot like baseball such as players hit for average. It is unrealistic to hit a home run each day. I hope you find this advise useful in your own practice.
