The time to purchase real estate is now. Many people want to invest in real estate. However, they do not know who to call. Many of you know that I host a weekly radio show named "Real Estate and Beyond." I talk about investing in real estate and having the Real Estate and Beyond Network is behind you every step of the way from A to Z. People feel more comfortable when they have a team of professionals behind them.
I call myself the Captain of the Real Estate and Beyond Network-I have Star Trek music for my show. I have created an impressive group of professionals ready to help investors make money in real estate. We cannot please everyone. One person purchased real estate from me with private money. He decided to go out of the Network. Well, the loan did not go through. I followed up with him and grabbed the ball. We submitted his loan package on 3/23/2009. I just got the call from the loan processor stating that he will be signing loan docs next Tuesday. Does not even say thank you! That is ok. He will thank me down the road.
The Real Estate and Beyond Network hosts monthly workshops for the public to attend learn more about real estate investing. We had about 20 people attend. I had everyone in the room signing up at the end of the workshop for a consultation to start investing in real estate. People know it is time to purchase so be the resource to assist them.
