I have been actively pursuing social network marketing for the last six months. Wow, it is amazing how much work goes into this type of marketing because it is very time intensive. Many people do not want to put the time and effort into this type of marketing. I express my success to my sphere of influence and they just continue to ignore what it takes to be successful in real estate. I believe the rules have changed for a Realtor. One must have online presence in order to be recognized in their local market as the expert. This is just my opinion. So, I have decided to continue on this road. I have an overall game plan in which I incrementally implement on a daily basis. One must have creativity to write and the dedication to do what it takes to be successful.
Another part of my strategy has been writing articles on my niches. My niches in real estate include the following:
- Rent To Own
- Purchase real estate to pay for college
- Trustee sales
- Private Money
- Investors
- Wholesaling residential homes
I have been very successful in writing articles that pertain to the niche markets I work in. It makes me become an expert in these fields. I submit my articles to several different web sites to be published online. I use my niche market articles and key word searches to get me on the top ten when doing a Google search. It is just another way of gaining exposure on the Internet. I am going to continue to write two quality articles per week and post them. This way I will have over one hundred articles published on the Internet. I will have well over one thousand articles over a ten year period.
